Communication Consent

When you call our service, you provide express consent for us to:

  • Contact you via phone calls regarding your pet's care, appointment scheduling, follow-up information, and other veterinary services

  • Send you text messages (SMS) with appointment confirmations, care instructions, medication reminders, and other relevant information about your pet's health

  • Use automated technology to deliver certain messages and reminders

Call Recording Consent

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training purposes, and to maintain records of your pet's care recommendations

  • Call recordings may be reviewed by our staff for training and quality improvement

  • Recordings will be stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws

Opt-Out Options

You maintain the right to:

  • Request that a specific call not be recorded by informing the representative at the beginning of your call

Standard Rates Apply

Standard message, data, and voice rates from your carrier may apply to calls and texts between you and our service.
